At a Team Success School, pep rallies are no longer reserved for just the athletes. They offer academic superstars the same level of recognition, and the technique is just as successful in the classroom as on the football field.

The Team Success Model has been adopted by numerous schools throughout the United States. The academic gains noted in their quarterly reports have demonstrated the powerful influence of motivation. Each school that applied the Team Success techniques recorded substantial increases in the number of students qualifying for academic recognition. 

Recognition and Awards

Throughout the school year, we host quarterly Team Success celebrations to honor the students who've earned a grade point average equivalent to "B" or above. These students enjoy benefits which include exciting field trips to places such as:
