Sean Kanan, a former "General Hospital" and "The Bold and the Beautiful" actor was arrested by the Los Angeles Police Department on August 18, 2007 for two alcohol related charges: driving under the influence of alcohol and driving with a blood alcohol of .08 or greater.  

Kanan posted $30,000 bail. His next court date is September 17, 2007. He faces a maximum penalty of one year in jail and a $1,000 fine, per charge. He was convicted of DUI in 1998 so this second DUI carries a minimum jail sentence of 96 hours.

Sean Kanan, the blond guy in "Karate Kid III," has pleaded no contest to misdemeanor DUI charges. 

Kanan was busted by LAPD earlier this year for DUI after he was caught driving during the wee hours of August 18 with a blood alcohol over .08%.
