I am very humbled but excited to announce a new direction that I’m taking after thirty-years of Christian ministry. This is the first time I’ve sent a letter to my entire mailing list. Some of you are very dear family and friends; some of you are chaplains, media contacts, celebrities, pastors, new acquaintances and that alone makes me step back in amazement of how God brings folks together for His purpose.

I pray this letter finds you in good health and full of joy and I would like to thank those who have prayed for me and my ministry over the past years; you mean more to me than you will ever know!

During those thirty-years I have devoted my life reaching out to prisoners, drug-addicts and most recently, troubled celebrities. I’ve served in several major international ministries such as Prison Fellowship and Teen Challenge.

The past six-years I have privately funded, Marty Angelo Ministries and during this time I published and released my autobiography entitled, “Once Life Matters: A New Beginning” and donated over 60,000 copies to prisons, rehabs and troubled celebrities. In return I’ve received hundreds of fantastic letters each year from broken people whose lives have been richly blessed and affected by my story. I personally answer each letter and include resource referral cards that address many of the writer’s requested needs.

God has opened the doors for me during this time to minister in hundreds of jails, prisons, schools, recovery groups, conferences, media, courts, rehab centers and churches around the country to share His grace, mercy and love. I have answered God’s call to encourage those who are caught up in substance abuse… or are incarcerated… or just lost and weary… to try a better road to travel; one that leads to everlasting peace, happiness and a new life that truly does matter.

My next book entitled, “Vision of New Jerusalem: Now!” will be released in mid-November. It is an in-depth study on how I learned to apply Biblical principles to stay out of troublesome situations, live a victorious life, experience inner peace and properly understand very confusing end-time doctrines.

In the past year, God has been leading me to expand my ministry from a personally funded entity to a legal non-profit organization entitled, Once Life Matters Ministries, Inc. By expanding my ministry I am able to give you the opportunity to be a part of the biblical principle found in Matthew 25:36... I was naked, and you gave me clothing. I was sick, and you cared for me. I was in prison, and you visited me.

I know many of you will never be able to physically go into a prison, drug rehab or meet a troubled celebrity to share the Gospel. However, by supporting my ministry you have the opportunity of helping me to continue to do so. In return, you share in the blessings and favor of God.

Together we can make a difference in the lives of thousands of people around the world by providing biblical teachings, inspiration, practical resources and so much more.

In order to expand to the full potential I am asking for you to prayerfully consider being a part of this new ministry in one of three ways.

Prayer: I need prayer support as I travel to the many prisons, jails, treatment facilities and churches to minister the word of God. I also need prayer for this ministry as we expand into the fullness God has called us to. (Matthew 7:7-8 - Ask, and it will be given to you; seek, and you will find; knock, and it will be opened to you. For everyone who asks receives, and he who seeks finds, and to him who knocks it will be opened.)

Partnership: As this ministry grows so will the financial needs. We are committed to continue to provide free copies of my books to prisons, rehabs and troubled celebrities as well as to speak in as many prisons, jails and treatment facilities as possible. All of these endeavors cost money and sadly these types of facilities just don’t have the resources available to pay for services.
