Michael Vick, speaking to the media in Richmond, says he has found Jesus and turned his life over to God.

The former NFL superstar said that he accepted his role in a dogfighting ring. "I will redeem myself" said Vick, "I have to."

Although Vick did not specify the acts he was apologizing for, Vick did say, "Dogfighting is a terrible thing. I reject it."

Vick made apologies to everyone from NFL commissioner Roger Goodell to Atlanta Falcons owner Arthur Blank, as well as all the kids who used to look up to him. Vick stated that he's found Jesus and has turned his life over to God
