Dear Lindsay,

It truly saddens me to hear of your pending new charge of felony grand theft. It seems not much has changed since 2007 when I first reached out to you after your father, Michael called me and asked me to send you and your mother a copy of my book, "Once Life Matters: A New Beginning."

You have been on a road that leads to nothing but pain and sorrow for not only you but to your friends, fans and entire family. Your actions have brought repercussions beyond words are able to describe.

Your life is now taking a much more serious turn by being charged with a felony

My question to you now is ... what has changed over these past almost five years since I first petitioned your judge to serve your time if you would enroll and complete a 12-month faith based residential treatment program? Has your life gotten any better or worse? Looking back now don't you think if you completed that program none of this would have happened to you? I wonder.

Lindsay, I am speaking to you today as not just a prison minister and friend of your father but as a person who has traveled down the same road you are on. I know what works and through God's grace, mercy and love have been straight for 30 years.

I have tried to help you along the way by sending you letters, books and making a court appearance with your dad. I know you can change if you just take the time away from everything else and seek and concentrate on what God's real plan and purpose is for your life.

You can get help in a life-changing faith-based program. I am not trying to sell you on something that does not work, Lindsay. There are thousands of people who have completed such programs over the years who no longer have substance abuse problems and run-ins with the law. They are changed and given whole new lives through the power of Jesus Christ.

I wish I could tell you there is another way. But there isn't, Lindsay. God will bring deliverance to you when you finally get "sick and tired of being sick and tired." Look where all of your "good intentions" got you. Right back to square one and into another jackpot.

I again offer to serve whatever time you might receive on this new felony charge if you take up my recommendation of enrolling in and completing at least 12-months in a faith-based treatment program. There are many to chose from and I listed some of them in my previous letters.

If my offer again falls on deaf ears... so be it. Make that number three. I would serve your time but that is not the point. It is the seriousness of you wanting to change your life. That is the issue here. You have to "want to" change. Because you know what? There is an old saying in drug treatment that goes, "If nothing changes.. nothing changes."

You have taken the "road of least resistance" in your previous attempts to get help. Those programs did not work. Did they? You have to get serious about "wanting" help first. Not because a judge says so ... but because you say so.

There is hope for you, Lindsay. And I will continue to pray that God will do "whatever it takes" to save you.

Please have your attorney contact me for further discussions if you are interested in pursuing my recent offer.

Be blessed,

Marty Angelo
