Copies of Three Emails to Robert Shapiro,
Esq.
1st Email - 7/14/2010

FROM Marty Angelo
SUBJECT: Lindsay Lohan, Case no. BH07BV01538-01
email date: 7/14/2010
Dear Mr. Shapiro
I recently sent out these attached correspondence.... I am hoping your client, Lindsay Lohan will at least know there are people out here that care for her. Believe me, Mr. Shapiro I would serve her time if she was willing to enroll and complete a Christian rehab program for 12 months. I know it is next to impossible to even think the judge would go for it ... but the offer is still on the table.
I just received notice that the package of books and letter to Ms. Lohan was returned ... I am not sure why ... just said, "undeliverable as addressed" ... I was hoping those two books would have gotten through to her and would be a good witness to her as her jail time approaches.
There is no fare fare on my part, Robert... no press releases, emails, nothing. My efforts are between the courts and Ms. Lohan. I PRAY in Jesus name something cracks through her hardness.
Please feel free to contact me if I can be of assistance. I will gladly come to court to testify, if necessary. I have been at this for over 30 years, Robert.... I do know what I am talking about.
Regards
Marty Angelo

Dear Mr. Shapiro
I have not heard back from you regarding the email and correspondence I sent you yesterday. I suggest you consider calling me as a witness to convince the judge to go along with your plan. I have swayed many judges to allow rehab in lieu of jail/prison sentences.
However, I feel Miss Lohan should spent one full year in a faith-based treatment facility. If you up the time to be served just might be the key to having the judge to agree to your plan. It may sound like a long time for Lohan to rehab but if she would have done this three years ago when the offer was on the table she would not be in the situation she is in now.
By just asking the judge to give her rehab alone without extending her time in rehab just will not work. I doubt very much if the judge will go for it. Remember, Lohan has been to treatment before... like three times! And the judge knows this. Therefore, up the ante, brother.
Regards
