Josh Waring, son of actress Lauri Waring has been accused of violating probation and keeping drugs. The deputies went to his home to do a routine probation check and there they found drug paraphernalia. As a result of it, Josh Waring was arrested. According to Sheriff’s Department spokesman Jim Amormino, Waring was arrested at 2:30 p.m. on Thursday from his home, the 26000 block of Marguerite Parkway in Mission Viejo, after the deputies found drug paraphernalia.

In February, Josh was released from county jail and on Thursday, he went back to jail. His mother Lauri Josh, who also appeared in the reality show, “Real Housewives”, found drugs and called the Orange County Sheriff’s Department and his son was arrested.

On that time, Josh was arrested for keeping heroin and Ecstasy with intend to sell it. For that crime, in September, he was sentenced to 240 days. Sheriff’s Department spokesman Jim Amormino said,

“No drugs were found, but the equipment – a violation of his probation – is being tested”
On suspicion of keeping drug paraphernalia and violating his probation, now he is in prison at Men’s Central Jail.

Josh’s mother, Lauri Waring remained a part of the series, “The Real Housewives of Orange County”. Now the production on the fifth season of the this has begun. It is being said that, Lauri Waring Peterson, an original member of the cast, will not be a part of fifth season show. She will be replaced by Alexis Bellino, who is a socialite.
