Open letter to Lane Garrison at Marty Angelo Ministries

It can be a very lonely time sitting in county jail wondering what your future holds. I am sending you a copy of my book, “Once Life Matters: A New Beginning.” I hope it will help you at this time and inspire you to understand God has a plan for your life not only during this troubled time but also for your future. If you need to speak to someone while in the L.A. County Jail, I suggest you contact Chaplain Ed Welsh. He has been down a similar road and can help you. Please forgive me if I am being too forward in assuming anything spiritually with you. I am sure you have your own relationship with God and do not need me harping to you about what works for me may work for you. I just know we both have similar lives. I may not have been as successful as you are in the entertainment business however; I know the “side effects” are just the just same no matter which way one looks at it. Lane, I am praying everything turns out right in your life so you “never” have to return to the “pits of hell” to learn your lessons. God has a much bigger plan for you. I know part of it is for you to be there now and have the opportunity of getting right with Him. My last 26 years have been a true gift from God who opened all the right doors for me to joyfully go through in complete peace. I pray your next 26 years will be just as rewarding.
