Glenn Hill's book is just about the easiest book every written on the controversial subject of fulfilled eschatology. The honesty displayed in Hill's book is beyond comparison. He does not shy away from admitting he was wrong in the years he taught dispensational futurism and said more than once that he would like to go back in years and correctly re-preach his many sermons. It is one thing to admit one is wrong but to turn around and write a book about it trying to right his wrong is simply amazing. 

I have to hand to Glenn Hill.. he has written a book with a style even a young child could easily understand. Most end-time doomsday prophets have taken something so easy to understand and made it so complicated.. by refusing to accept Jesus' words and try to either teach people he was mistaken or just plain out wrong. However, Glenn Hill has stepped in now and is allowing God to use him to help straighten out this mess futuristic authors like Harold Camping, Hal Lindsay, Tim Lahaye, Thomas Ice, John Hagee, Pat Robertson, and most other television evangelists have made for 21st. Century Christianity. 

I commend Glenn Hill for writing a masterpiece that will surely go down in history as a book that helped lead us into many more centuries to come. God's kingdom is everlasting.... and today's generation has no right to change things around and teach and preach there will be no tomorrow.

Jesus Christ is in us now... and there is no need to look to the sky for Him to make another appearance. He took good care of that in 70AD when He came as He said He would ... within the generation living within the First Century a.d. to destroy the old Jewish religion as they knew it. That was His promised coming... "The Day of the Lord"... to bring judgment on the only generation that truly deserved it. It is done. Finished. We have God's kingdom in His believers now that will go on and on for generation upon generation.

About the Author

Glenn Hill, age 70, is a retired pastor and businessman. He has been preaching the Gospel since boyhood. He served as an assistant pastor for over thirteen years. For nearly twenty-eight years he was the pastor of Meadowbrook Christian Church, a small non-denominational church. He continues to preach wherever he is invited. Like the apostle Paul, he also did secular work, though his ministry always held the priority. He was a bank vice-president, the CEO of a rather large non-profit organization, and for many years operated a retail business. He and his wife of fifty years, the former Betty Sue Giddens, live in Rocky Mount, NC. They have two sons, two daughters, four in-laws, and twelve grandchildren.
