The story of life from addictions to counseling to sharing his story
Marty Angelo has been a Counselor/Teacher for “Teen Challenge of Southern California,” a Court Liaison for the Palm Beach County Sheriff’s “Drug Farm” boot camp program and much more.
However, before that he lived a lifestyle where he abusing drugs and alcohol and worked in the entertainment industry. His recovery led him to life of helping those who struggle like he once did. On January 30th he releases his story in his book “Once Life Matters: A New Beginning”.
Angelo’s book, “Once Life Matters: A New Beginning,” is an inspirational true account that
reveals how Jesus totally transformed his life from a prisoner to drugs, booze, rock/disco music and prison into a strong witness to God’s saving grace and mercy. Written by someone who has been in the trenches and walked the walk of recovery, the book is expected to have a tremendous impact and be a real help to those seeking freedom from their addictions.
Marty Angelo is an example of a man who has made it through a life of drug abuse and addictions. He went on to work counseling teens and serving at a boot camp. Now Angelo shares his story, not for fame, but as a way to encourage troubled teens or those in rehabilitation programs.
