Dear Al,

Please find enclosed a copy of my book, “Once Life Matters: A New Beginning.” I am sending it to you today with the hopes that it will inspire you while going through your court ordered drug rehabilitation program. 

I am sure during this time you are searching for answers to why drugs and alcohol play such a big part of your life. I found out the hard way that substance abuse leads to a dead end. I had to serve two and a half years in prison for my addictions. I hope you never have to go that route. 

You are at a critical point in your life and I pray things go your way so you can put this latest chapter behind you.

God has a special plan for you, Al and I hope you seek it out by placing your faith and trust in Him.
